Here’s a free event (that’s actually taking place right now as I’m posting it) but it’s going on all weekend long, and I neglect the NorthEast (NY, NJ especially) so I’m going to try and get this info out fast for everyone. So if you’re part of the Bridge & Tunnel crowd and have a date but still trying to decide on plans this might be right up your alley.

The 27th annual Balloon Festival in Reding NJ is happing this weekend. Watch all the colors and shapes float through the air. Watching the balloons is free, there are other paid concerts at the event such as “Kool and the Gang” and some new Boy band named One Call. (and with tickets being $35 a pop I think I’ll pass).

There will be another hot air balloon launch at 6:30 pm this evening at Solberg Airport in New Jersey.
